I have some good news! Well, good news for me at least because I agree with stem cell research and don't have a problem with it. So sorry if this offends you and you are not a believer in the research. BUT I recently heard that the bill that was planned to ban stem cell research from Oklahoma was not passed!
This is going to be such a turning point for Oklahoma! We have an amazing medical research center and we will finally be able to get some serious work done! I can not wait to see what all of the OU students and alumni come up with.
What if it is someone in our own state that is the one who actually creates the first organ or limb from embryonic stem cells?! How exciting would that be?
